摘  要:电磁脉冲在电缆中的传输特性对行波离线和在线故障定位以及局放检测定位都具有重要意义。脉冲通过交联聚乙烯(crosslinked polyethylene,XLPE)电缆时会产生传输损耗。由于不同种类波形的分量参数不同,其衰减、传播速度等波传播特性也会随之变化。为了求取不同脉冲在电缆中的传播特性,在考虑线芯导体集肤效应及半导体层频变特性的前提下,提出了基于电缆频域模型结合矢量拟合算法求取电缆中电磁脉冲传播特性的方法。基于该方法研究和分析了不同种类电磁脉冲波的传播特性,并与传统仿真软件ATP-EMTP中改进的J-Marti模型进行比较,验证了该方法的有效性和准确性。最后,基于遗传算法结合实验对电缆半导体层参数进行反演修正,提出了半导体层参数的无损提取方法。The transmission characteristics of electromagnetic pulses in cable are of great significance for off-line and on-line fault location of most traveling waves as well as detection and location of local discharge.Transmission loss occurs when pulses pass through a crosslinked polyethylene(XLPE)cable.Because different waveforms have different component parameters,wave propagation characteristics such as attenuation and propagation velocity will change accordingly.In order to obtain the propagation characteristics of different pulses in cables,a method based on the cable frequency domain model combined with the vector fitting method is proposed to obtain the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic pulses in cables on the premise of considering the skin effect of conductor core and the frequency variation characteristics of semiconductor layer.Based on this method,the propagation characteristics of different kinds of electromagnetic pulse waves are studied and analyzed,and the validity and accuracy of this method are verified by comparing with the improved J-Marti model in the traditional simulation software ATP-EMTP.Finally,based on genetic algorithm,the parameters of cable semiconductor layer are inversed,and a nondestructive extraction method for semiconductor layer parameters is proposed.
