摘　　要：法国著名的女性藏学家、探险家、佛学家大卫·妮尓,其《一个巴黎女子的拉萨历险记》,以游记的方式,以质朴的笔调原汁原味地记录了在拉萨两个月时间的所见所闻,尤其对于拉萨城市的描述、布达拉宫的描绘、宗教与寺院、居民生活及民族特性等进行了详细的描述,与以往进入拉萨的西方人所不同的是,她并未完全站在西方主义的立场和视角来书写拉萨城的政治、经济、宗教和普通民众的生活,而是通过现实中普通民众精神文化风貌的表现,饱含深情地探寻藏族传统文化的脉动和价值,触摸和发掘藏族的文化精神,对于西方世界正确认识历史中的西藏、正确认识发展中的西藏有着重要意义。An Adventure to Lhasa about a Paris Lady,written by Alexandria David-Neel,a famous French female Tibetan scholar,explorer and Buddhist scholar,recorded what she saw and heard in Lhasa for two months in a simple style in the form of travel notes.In particular,the description of Lhasa city,Potala Palace,religion and temple,residents'life and national characteristics,and the health status of Lhasa were described in detail.Different from the Westerners who entered Lhasa in the past,she did not completely write the politics,economy,religion and ordinary people's life in Lhasa from the standpoint and Perspective of Westernism,but explored the value of Tibetan traditional culture,touched and explored the Tibetan cultural spirit through the expression of ordinary people's spiritual and cultural features in reality.It is of great significance for the western world to have a correct understanding of the history and the development of Tibet.
