摘　　要：苗族斗牛发展历史源远流长,按照其娱乐功能表现可以分为娱神、娱己、娱人三个发展阶段,各阶段表现差异明显。处于“娱人”阶段的苗族斗牛面临着主客利益诉求背离、文化内涵流失变异、娱乐泛化等困境,采取市场开发与政府保护双轨并行的发展模式是解决问题的有效方式。The development of Miao bullfight has a long history.According to its entertainment function,it can be divided into three stages:entertaining gods,entertaining locals and entertaining tourists,the performance of each stage is obviously different.At the stage of"entertaining people",The Miao bullfight is faced with difficulties such as deviating from the interest demands of the subject and the object,the variation of the loss of cultural connotation and the generalization of the entertainment.Therefore,we must admit that the market mechanism allocating resources is efficient,and we should be alert to the crisis of populism and improve the mode of government protection.Adopting the Double Track System is an effective measure to solve the problem.
