舌针治疗针对性改善运动性失语患者各项言语能力的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察舌针治疗在中风后运动性失语中的疗效。方法选择2018年3月—2019年3月本院接收的50例中风后运动性失语症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各25例。对照组采用语言康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用舌针治疗。比较两组治疗后语言能力评分、临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组听力功能、表达能力、视文字能力、其他能力评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组临床有效率88.00%高于对照组64.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论舌针治疗中风后运动性失语疗效较好,能显著改善患者语言功能障碍,提高临床有效率。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tongue acupuncture on motor aphasia after stroke.Methods 50 patients with poststroke motor aphasia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.The language rehabilitation training was used in the control group.The observation group was treated with tongue acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The language ability score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of hearing function,expression ability,visual writing ability and other ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 88.00%higher than that of the control group(64.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion Tongue acupuncture is effective in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia.It can significantly improve the language dysfunction of patients,and raise the clinical effective rate.
