高校学生党建中辅导员的角色融入——基于辅导员兼任学生党支部书记的视角

摘　　要：辅导员兼任学生党支部书记逐步成为高校学生基层党务工作者配置的一种常态。辅导员融入学生党建角色存在着角色认知偏差和角色技能不佳等自身内部问题,外部存在党建与业务的贯通障碍、政治高度与培养激励的失衡困境。基于内外部因素理论剖析了思想因子不正、角色技能不佳的困境,从激发内部角色自觉、强化外部成长激励等三个方面提出增强辅导员在学生党建工作中角色投入的路径。It has become a common practice for the advisor to be appointed secretary to the student Party branch.This paper points out some cognitive biases advisors have towards their role in Party construction among college students and lack skills in fulfilling it.It also points out some external problems and obstacles experienced by advisors.The paper then urges college advisors to be more involved in Party construction among students by upholding political integrity,increasing their role consciousness and improving their role performance.There also should be sound incentive mechanisms to stimulate enthusiasm in advisors for Party construction work among college students.
