超轻抗撕裂面料的制备及性能评估

摘  要:本文采用“浸轧-涂层”方法制备一种超轻、防水、抗撕裂、防滑移帐篷、箱包等面料。浸轧采用氟系防水剂与聚醚嵌段氨基硅油共浴处理,面料在获得较好的拒水性能同时撕破强力大幅度提升;涂层采用聚氨酯与聚有机硅氧烷复配;面料经浸轧涂层整理后具有防水、抗撕裂、防滑移性能。本文重点探讨浸轧共浴液中聚醚嵌段氨基硅油SRS、氟系防水剂FS-508A与涂层胶中有机硅FS-850添加量对整理后面料撕破强力、纱线滑移、静水压和拒水性能的影响。结果表明,采用柔软剂SRS 0.08%、防水剂FS-508A 3%、有机硅FS-8505%,整理后织物性能最佳。In this study,a novel strategy was reported to fabricate an ultralight tearing resistant tent fabric by using a pad-knife coating technique and by utilizing fluorochemical compounds/amino-modified silicone oil and polyurethane contained polydimethylsiloxane.The type and addition of fluorochemical compounds,amino-modified silicone oil,and polydimethylsiloxane affect the hydrostatic pressure capability,water repellency,the tearing resistance strength,water vapor transmission and yarn slippage of the coated fabrics.Results showed that softening agent SRS 0.08%,waterproofing agent FS-508A 3%,and organosilicone FS-8505%provide the fabrics with a higher property.
