摘  要:在社会转型发展的关键期,品质教育与大众教育是高校人才培养面临的主要矛盾。非“同质化”人才培养是化解这一矛盾的有效途径。理论型人才培养的去“同质化”,在观念更新、目标更新、手段更新的基础上,可以通过细化专业、逆向课堂、分类施教、资源整合等方式进行创新尝试。高校人才培养要面对当代中国社会对理论型人才的多类型、多层次需要,搭建起社会需求与个体成长之间的有机桥梁。In the critical period of social transformation and development,quality education and mass education is a pair of main contradictions that restrict the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.Non-homogenized personnel’s training is an effective way to resolve this contradiction.On the basis of concept renewal,goal renewal and means renewal,the de-homogenization of theoretical talents training can be attempted by means of refinement of specialty,reverse classroom,classified teaching and resource integration.The cultivation of talents in colleges and universities should face the multi-type and multi-level needs of the society to the theoretical talents,and build a bridge between the social needs and the individual growth.
