摘  要:目的观察一种便携深紫外LED装置对军用水壶内饮水中指标微生物杀灭效果,为单兵饮水消毒提供一种快速安全方法。方法采用细菌定量检测方法,对某紫外LED装置消毒军用水壶内饮用水的效果进行观察。结果该紫外LED装置采用280 nm波长紫外线作为杀菌因子,输出功率为5 m W,距离2.5 cm垂直辐照强度为150μW/cm^2。安装深紫外LED装置的军用水壶内装有1 L水样,静置状态下启动消毒8 min不能将水中的大肠杆菌全部杀灭;摇动状态下启动消毒3 min,可以将水壶内水中大肠杆菌全部杀灭。随水壶中水量减少或作用时间延长,均可提高杀菌效果。结论深紫外LED装置能有效灭杀军用水壶水中大肠杆菌,但受水量和水的动静状态影响,有待进一步研究完善。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a portable deep ultraviolet LED device on indicative microorganisms in the drinking water in military canteens,so as to provide a quick and safe method for the disinfection of drinking water for individual soldiers.Methods The bacteria quantitative detection method was used to observe the effect of a ultraviolet LED device in disinfecting the drinking water in military canteens.Results The ultraviolet LED device used ultraviolet of 280 nm wavelength as the sterilization factor,the output power was 5 m W,and the vertical radiation intensity at a distance of 2.5 cm was 150μW/cm^2.The military canteen with deep ultraviolet LED device was equipped with 1 L water sample.All Escherichia coli in the water could not be killed after disinfection for 8 min in the static state;disinfection for 3 min in the shaking state could inactivate all Escherichia coli in the canteen.As the amount of water in the canteen decreased or the action time increased,the disinfection effect could be improved.Conclusion The deep ultraviolet LED device can effectively kill Escherichia coli in water of military canteen,but it is affected by the water volume and the dynamic state of the water.It is worth further research to improve the disinfection effect.
