不同浓度乙醇溶液杀菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同浓度乙醇溶液的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法,对不同浓度乙醇水溶液的杀菌效果进行观察。结果浓度为45%~90%范围的乙醇溶液作用1 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>5.0;浓度≤40%或≥95%的乙醇溶液作用3 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均≤5.0。浓度为40%~98%范围的乙醇溶液作用2 min,对大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均>5.0;浓度为35%的乙醇溶液作用3 min,对大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均<3.0。结论浓度为95%及以上或40%及以下浓度的乙醇溶液定量杀菌效果不符合标准要求。Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of different concentrations of ethanol solutions.Methods The suspension quantitative disinfection test was used to observe the sterilization effect of different concentrations of ethanol solutions.Results After exposure to the concentrations of ethanol solution in the range of 45%to 90%for 1 min,the killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus were all>5.0;after exposure to the ethanol solutions with concentration≤40%or≥95%for 3 min,the killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus were all≤5.0.After exposure to the concentrations of ethanol solution in the range of 40%to 98%for 2 min,the killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were all>5.0;while after exposure to the ethanol solution with concentration of 35%for 3 min,the killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were all<3.0.Conclusion The quantitative disinfection effect of ethanol solution with a concentration of 95%and above or 40%and below does not meet the standard requirements.
