摘  要:目的研究不同保湿预处理方法对腔镜手术器械清洗效果的影响,为提高腔镜手术器械清洗质量提供依据。方法通过目测法和残留蛋白检测方法,对不同保湿预处理影响腔镜器械清洗效果的情况进行观察。结果以多酶洗剂的稀释液作为保湿剂,15℃及其以下温度清洗合格率略低于25℃及其以上的温度组。用碱性清洗剂的稀释液作为保湿剂,15℃及其以下温度清洗合格率与25℃及其以上的温度组基本一致。B、C、D等3组管腔内壁与器械关节齿部清洗质量合格率均略高于A组。结论多酶洗剂作为保湿剂的活性受温度影响明显,碱性清洗剂作为保湿剂不仅不受温度影响,且清洗效果也可得到保证。Objective To study the influence of different moisturizing pretreatment methods on the cleaning effect of endoscopic surgical instruments,so as to provide a basis for improving the cleaning quality of endoscopic surgical instruments.Methods Through visual inspection and residual protein detection methods,the effects of different moisturizing pretreatments on the cleaning effect of endoscopic instruments were observed.Results The dilution of the multi-enzyme lotion was used as a humectant,and the qualified rate of cleaning at 15℃and below was slightly lower than that of the temperature group at 25℃and above.Using the diluent of the alkaline cleaning agent as a humectant,the qualified rate of cleaning at 15℃and below was basically the same as that of the temperature group at 25℃and above.The qualified rate of cleaning quality of the inner wall of the lumen and the joint teeth of the instrument was slightly higher than group A.Conclusion The activity of multi-enzyme lotion as a humectant is obviously affected by temperature.Alkaline cleaning agent as a humectan was not affected by temperature,and the cleaning effect could also be guaranteed.
