摘　　要：以某芦荟膏底盒注射模结构设计为例,详细介绍了模具工作过程,对模具冷流道浇注系统、顶出机构、冷却系统和排气系统等结构进行了阐述。基于企业现有条件和客户要求,从模具设计基础结构出发,优化了排气系统设计,巧妙解决了PP材料光亮度难于提高的问题,为公司创造了可观的经济效益。Taking the structural design of the injection mould for the aloe cream box as an example,the working process of the mould was introduced,and the structures of cold runner gating system,ejection mechanism,cooling system and exhaust system were analyzed.Based on the existing conditions of the enterprise and customer requirements,the exhaust system was optimized from the perspective of basic structure of mould design,and the problem that the brightness of PP material is difficult to improve was solved skillfully,which created considerable economic benefits for the company.
