摘　　要：结合救护车医疗床方向舵外壳塑件零件的成型需要,该模具结构设计有以下几个特点:其一是结合塑件的形状特点及生产要求,采用直接浇注方式进行浇注,能有效简化模具的分型设置及模具结构;其二是设计了一种带多种侧面顶出元件的延时两次抽芯哈弗滑块复合机构;其三是设计了一种油缸驱动子滑块先抽芯,而后斜导柱驱动哈弗实施侧抽芯脱模的复合滑块机构;其四是针对塑件主壳多螺孔柱特征、多加强筋特征的特点,应用扁顶针、推管、顶杆等三种顶出元件组合来实施塑件的最终顶出脱模。机构设计简单合理,动作可靠,模具便于装配和维修,有较好的设计参考意义。According to the moulding needs of the rudder shell of the ambulance medical bed,the structural design of the mould has the following characteristics.One is the use of the direct pouring method which can effectively simplify the parting setting and the structure of the mould by combining with the shape characteristics and production requirements of the plastic parts.The second is the design of a delayed two-time core-pulling Haff slider compound mechanism with multiple side ejector components.The third is to design a kind of compound sliding block mechanism that the cylinder drives sliding block core-pulling firstly and then the inclined guide column drives the Haff performing the side core-pulling demoulding.The fourth,according to the characteristics of multiple screw holes and multiple reinforcing bars of plastic parts,the flat thimble,push pipe,ejector rod and other three ejector components are used to implement the final ejecting and demoulding of plastic parts.The design of the mechanisms is simple and reasonable.The action of the mould is reliable.The mould is easy for assembling and maintaining.In general,it provides a good reference for the mould design.
