摘  要:随着塔河油田天然气资源不断开发,天然气产能地面建设过程中存在着边远区块单井天然气放空现象,若大规模建设集气管网来回收这部分放空天然气,投资大、风险高。针对上述问题,通过天然气回收技术分析与反复论证,将撬装CNG技术应用于放空天然气的回收。某井经过5年的应用,已累计回收2300万m3天然气。该技术的成功应用对今后现场放空天然气的回收有一定的借鉴意义。With the continuous development of natural gas resources in Tahe oilfield,there is a phenomenon of single well natural gas venting in remote areas during the surface construction of natural gas production capacity.If large-scale gas gathering network is constructed to recover this part of vented natural gas,the investment is large and the risk is high.In view of these above problems,the skid mounted CNG technology should be applied to the recovery of vent air through the analysis and repeated demonstration of natural gas recovery technology.After five years of field application in a well,23 million cubic meters of natural gas have been recovered.The successful application of this technology can be used for reference in the future.
