摘 要:为便于在水电工程建设中,发包人能够恰当选择和工程建设规模相适应的物资供应模式,文章以发包人的视角,通过分析水电工程建设项目中目前普遍存在的“承包人自购”“甲供方式”和“甲控方式”三种物资供应模式的合同关系、优势和劣势,以及在三种物资供应模式中,各参建方所发挥的作用,总结出在不同规模的水电工程建设中与之相适应的物资供应模式。通过分析总结,为发包方今后在水电工程建设中选择物资供应模式提供一定的参考。In order to facilitate the employer to properly select the material supply mode suitable for the engineering construction scale in hydropower engineering construction,from the perspective of the employer,this paper analyzes the contractual relationship,advantages and disadvantages of the three materials supply modes,which are"self-purchasing by the contractor","A-supply mode"and"A-control mode",and the roles played by the participating parties in the three materials supply modes,and summarizes their similarities in hydropower engineerings of different scales.Through the analysis and summary,it provides a certain reference for the employer to choose the material supply mode in hydropower engineering construction in the future.
