摘 要:针对岩溶地区常见的灰岩,为获得模拟其物理力学性质及变形破坏特征的最合适的相似材料配比。通过对砂胶比、水膏比及重晶石含量等因素进行正交实验,对所得的结果进行回归分析,最终获得以下结论:由水泥、石膏、砂子、硼砂和水作为原材料,以重晶石作为增重材料的模拟方案是切实可行的;就与本试验所确定灰岩的物理力学特性的相关性而言,砂胶比高于水膏比高于重晶石含量,且最符合原型材料的物理力学特性的砂胶比为2.9∶1、水膏比为0.89∶1、重晶石含量为70.11%;经过回归分析后,基本确定此次试验确定的配比所配制的相似材料在物理力学特性及变形破坏特征上基本达到要求,能够用于模拟原型进行相关室内模型试验。According to the common limestone in karst area,in order to obtain the most suitable proportion of similar materials to simulate its physical and mechanical properties and deformation and failure characteristics.Through orthogonal experiment of sand-binder ratio,water-gypsum ratio and barite content,the results are regressed and analyzed,and the following conclusions are obtained:the simulation scheme of using cement,gypsum,sand,borax and water as raw materials and barite as weight-increasing material is feasible;As far as the correlation with the physical and mechanical properties of limestone determined by this test is concerned,the sand-binder ratio is higher than the water-gypsum ratio and the barite content,and the sand-binder ratio is 2.9∶1,the water-gypsum ratio is 0.89∶1 and the barite content is 70.11%.After regression analysis,it is basically determined that the similar materials prepared by the ratio determined in this test basically meet the requirements in physical and mechanical properties and deformation and failure characteristics,and can be used to simulate prototype and carry out related indoor model tests.
