摘 要:计算机监控系统是整个水电厂自动控制的中枢系统,监控系统程序的完善及可靠性是实现机组自动控制的关键环节。水电厂投产初期监控系统程序存在缺陷,导致水电站机组时常发生开停机失败、误动作事故停机等情况,经过多年的分析讨论,以及不断对计算机监控系统完善功能、优化程序,有效避免了机组因监控系统程序缺陷原因导致停机的情况,提高了机组开停机成功率。文章主要介绍某水电厂计算机监控系统下位机程序的优化及功能的完善,对水电站实施远程集控或少人值守有借鉴意义。The supervisory computer control system is the center system of automatic control of the whole hydropower plant.The perfection and reliability of the monitoring system program is the key link to realize the automatic control of the unit.In the early stage of hydropower plant operation,the program of monitoring system has defects,which leads to the failure of start-up and shutdown,misoperation and accident shutdown of hydropower station units.After years of analysis and discussion,and continuous improvement of functions and optimization of supervisory computer control system,the shutdown of units due to program defects of monitoring system is effectively avoided,and the success rate of unit startup and shutdown is improved.This paper mainly introduces the optimization and function improvement of the lower computer program of the supervisory computer control system of a hydropower plant,which has reference significance for the implementation of remote centralized control or less people on duty.
