浅谈长洲电站水轮机调速器改造

摘　　要：针对长洲电站部分水轮机调速器在运行过程中发现的缺陷,进行了升级改造,解决了水轮机调速器油压装置压油泵启动频繁、自动控制与电手动控制模式不规范以及一次调频功能动作积分不能满足南方电网一次调频考核的基本要求等系列重大问题,并经实践证明,改造取得了良好的效果,为机组的安全运行打下了坚实的基础,也为相同电站解决类似问题提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。In view of the defects found in the operation of some hydroturbine governors in Changzhou Hydropower Station,upgrading and transformation were carried out,which solved a series of major problems,such as frequent startup of oil pump in oil pressure supply unit of hydroturbine governor,nonstandard automatic control and electric manual control mode,and the action integral of primary frequency modulation function can not meet the basic requirements of primary frequency modulation assessment in China Southern Power Grid.Practice has proved that the transformation has achieved good results,laying a solid foundation for safe operation of units,and providing valuable reference experience for solving similar problems in the same power station.
