摘  要:焦化行业是高能耗、高排放和高污染的行业,面对当前节能环保的严峻形势,建立合理有效的资源能源利用策略和方案,是焦化行业转型升级、可持续发展的关键。干熄焦技术是国内炼焦行业重点推广应用的节能、环保、降耗、增效的新技术,它不仅可以减少湿法熄焦对大气造成的污染,提高焦炭质量,还可以回收红焦显热产生蒸汽进行发电与制备液化天然气。结合山西某焦化有限公司项目,基于干熄焦余热发电技术,通过分析企业的能源资源,探讨了如何合理地综合利用厂区的资源和能源,以实现能源利用的高效化,经济收益的最大化。Coking industry is a kind of industry with high energy consumption,high emission and high pollution.Facing the current serious situation of energy conservation and environmental protection,it is key for the coking industry to transform,upgrade and carry out sustainabie development to establish reasonable and effective strategies for the utilization of resources and energy.CDQ technology is a new technology widely promoted and applied in domestic coking industry,which can save energy,protect the environment,reduce consumption and increase efficiency.It can not only reduce air pollution caused by wet quenching and improve coke quality,but also recover sensible heat of red coke to generate steam for power generation and preparation of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG).Combined with a project of a coking Co.,Ltd.in Shanxi and based on CDQ waste heat power generation technology and an analysis of energy resources of enterprises,the comprehensive utilization of plant resources and energy is analyzed and discussed,which could help to realize the high efficiency of energy utilization and maximize the economic benefits.
