切开旷置加中位虚挂引流术与传统切开加实挂线术治疗高位复杂肛瘘的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较切开旷置加中位虚挂引流术与传统切开加实挂线术治疗高位复杂肛瘘的临床效果。方法将80例高位复杂肛瘘患者随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用传统切开加实挂线术治疗,观察组采用切开旷置加中位虚挂引流术治疗。比较两组治疗效果及术后恢复情况。结果两组治愈率、好转率、术后复发率、术后疼痛程度及肛门功能情况比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组肛门外观平整情况优于对照组(P<0.01),住院时间及伤口愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论切开旷置加中位虚挂引流术与传统切开加实挂线术治疗高位复杂肛瘘均可取得较好的临床效果,但采用切开旷置加中位虚挂引流术治疗,患者住院时间及伤口愈合时间更短,肛门外观恢复情况更优。Objective To compare the effect of incision and mid-position virtual hanging drainage with traditional incision and solid hanging drainage in the treatment of high position and complex anal fistula.Methods A total of eighty patients with high position and complex anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups with forty patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional incision and solid hanging line,while the observation group was treated with incision and open position and median hanging drainage.The treatment effect and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in cure rate,improvement rate,postoperative recurrence rate,postoperative pain degree and anal function(P>0.05).The appearance of anus in the observation group was smoother than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the hospitalization time and wound healing time were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Both incision and median virtual hanging drainage and traditional incision and solid hanging drainage can achieve good clinical effects.However,incision and median virtual hanging drainage can shorten the length of hospital stay and wound healing time of patients,and improve the appearance recovery of anus.
