摘 要:目前国家基于环境和文明施工的要求,针对装配式智能建筑进行大力推进和深度发展。传统土钉墙施工的一些落后工艺弊端日益凸显,本文所述的装配式土钉墙复合三向土工格栅面板是对现有的土钉墙喷射混凝土面板和单向或双向土工格栅面板的一个改进和技术完善,重点介绍了三向格栅的性能和一些细部节点要求,以及在实际工程中的典型环境的应用实例。该工艺是对传统施工工艺的一个大胆突破和改进,是一项可实现高效、节能、环保,以及可重复利用的装配式施工工法。At present,based on the requirements of the environment and civilized construction,the state vigorously promotes and develops the prefabricated intelligent building.Based on the traditional soil nailing wall construction,some disadvantages of the backward technique are increasingly prominent.The composite three-way geogrid panel with assembled soil nailing wall described in this paper is an improvement and technical improvement for the existing shotcrete panel with soil nailing wall and one-way or two-way geogrid panel.The performance of three-way geogrid and some detailed node requirements are mainly introduced,as well as the application examples of typical environment in practical engineering.This process is a bold breakthrough and improvement of the traditional construction process,and it is an assembly construction method that could achieve high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and reuse.
