外资企业对女性员工更“慷慨”吗?——基于性别收入差距视角的实证探讨

摘　　要：利用2010年、2012年、2014年和2016年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,从性别视角出发,实证检验外资部门就业对性别收入差距的影响。研究发现,与非外资企业就业相比,外资企业就业对女性和男性收入水平均具有显著正向影响,并且对女性劳动力收入水平提升效应更大,在总体上缩小了性别收入差距;外资企业就业对不同技能水平劳动力的性别收入差距影响是有偏的,显著缩小了低技能劳动力的性别收入差距,而对高技能劳动力的性别收入差距影响不显著;考虑工作时间因素,引入小时工资的分析显示,与非外资企业就业相比,外资企业就业总体上缩小了性别收入差距。Using the panel data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS),from the perspective of gender,this paper empirically tests the impact of employment of foreign-funded enterprises on the gender income gap.The research shows that compared with the employment of non-foreign-funded enterprises,the employment of foreign-funded enterprises has a significant positive impact on the income of male and female and the effect of income level increasing of female is more obvious,which narrows the gender income gap overall.The employment of foreign-funded enterprises has a biased effect on the gender income gap of laborers with different skill levels,which significantly narrows the gender income gap of low-skilled labor.But the impact on the gender income gap of highly skilled labor is not significant.Taking into account the impact of working hours,this paper introduces hourly wage analysis.Compared with the employment of non-foreign-funded enterprises,the employment of foreign-funded enterprises has generally narrowed the gender income gap.
