土地要素风险对农业经营者收入影响的研究

摘　　要：深化农业供给侧结构性改革,激活农业生产要素,保障农业经营者收入是当前我国"三农"工作的重点。随着供给侧结构性改革的不断深化,生产要素对农业的影响不断增强,尤其是土地要素的影响显得尤为突出。通过厘清影响农业经营者收入的土地要素方面的各类潜在风险,利用中国家庭金融调查数据库中1080个农业经营者家庭,通过OLS及分位数回归分析,研究表明:(1)在农业经营者进行农业生产活动时,土地要素不可得风险对其收入有着重要的影响作用,土地要素越获得,农业经营者对土地要素的满足程度低,则农业经营者的收入也就相应的越低;(2)土地要素投入对其收入有着显著影响作用,土地要素投入的面积越大,农业经营者收入也就越高。在研究的基础上进而提出构建有效的土地要素风险规避路径,保障农业经营者的收入。Deepening the supply-side structural reform of agriculture,activating the factors of agricultural production and ensuring the income of agricultural operators are the key points of the current work of"agriculture,countryside and farmers"in China.With the deepening of supply-side structural reform,the influence of production factors on agriculture is increasing,especially the influence of land elements.By clarifying all kinds of potential risks of land factors affecting the income of agricultural operators,using 1080 families of agricultural operators in China household finance survey database,through OLS and quantile regression analysis,the research shows that:(1)When agricultural operators carry out agricultural production activities,the risk of unavailability of land elements plays an important role in their income,and the more difficult to obtain land elements,the lower the income of agricultural operators is,the lower the income of agricultural operators is.(2)The input of land elements has a significant effect on their income,and the larger the area of land factor input,the higher the income of agricultural operators.According to the above research results,an effective risk aversion path of land elements is constructed to ensure the income of agricultural operators.
