牵引与联动--系统论视域下数字化档案的利用效益研究

摘　　要：系统论视域下的数字化档案的利用是一个复杂的非线性系统,这一系统由多种可控与不可控要素构成,其中任一要素都可牵引该系统发生联动效应。数字化档案利用的高效益是开展档案信息化的追求,为使数字化档案的利用系统取得期待的果效,有必要对系统中的可控因素施加影响进行引导,以实现系统整体的联动优化。通过系统的目的性、相关性、整体性维度这几个方面分别探究数字化档案的利用效益是什么以及它的必要性、影响数字化档案利用效益的要素以及提高数字化档案利用效益的策略等,提出对于档案馆如何推动数字化档案的利用系统向更高效益驱动的看法。The utilization of digitalized archive in the view of systems theory is a complex nonlinear system which is composed of many controllable and uncontrollable elements,any of these elements can pull the system to have linkage effect.The high efficiency of digitalized archive utilization is the pursuit of Archival Information.In order to make the digitalized archive utilization system achieve the desired results,it is necessary to exert influence on controllable factors in the system,so as to realize the overall linkage optimization of the system.From the perspectives of concept analysis,purpose,relevance and integrity of the system,this paper explores the utilization benefits of digital archives and its necessity,the factors influencing the utilization efficiency of digital archives and the Strategies improving the utilization efficiency of digital archives,etc.It also offers the views on how archives can promote the utilization system of digitalized archive towards higher efficiency.
