摘　　要：大数据的应用给企业档案管理带来了新的机遇和挑战。金融业是信息技术应用最为成熟的领域之一,数据驱动的理念在金融业已有广泛应用。数据驱动对金融档案的服务创新具有重要价值。本文阐述了我国金融企业档案服务的现状,列举了数据驱动金融档案服务所面临的在服务规范化及数据安全性等方面的挑战,并且结合当前发展趋势对金融档案的服务创新进行探索,提出了转变档案服务理念,加强金融档案大数据化建设,打通信息孤岛,构建金融档案安全存储系统的策略,以期推动金融档案服务事业创新发展。The application of big data brings new opportunities and challenges to enterprise file management.The financial industry is one of the most mature fields of information technology applications,and the concept of data driving has been widely used in the financial industry.Data drive is of great value to the service innovation of financial archives.This article describes the current status of China's financial enterprise file services,lists the challenges faced by data-driven financial file services in terms of service standardization and data security,and explores the innovation of financial file services in light of the current development trends and proposes changes The concept of archives services,strengthen the construction of big data of financial archives,open up information silos,and establish a strategy for the safe storage system of financial archives,with a view to promoting the innovative development of financial archives services.
