少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,治疗组给予少腹逐瘀汤加减方,对照组给予布洛芬胶囊。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组证候积分下降较对照组更为明显(P<0.05),治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗原发性痛经寒凝血瘀型疗效显著,且远期疗效好,复发率低。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with type of blood stasis due to cold.Method:80 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction while the control group were treated with ibuprofen capsules.Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction has a significant curative effect in treating primary dysmenorrheawith type of blood stasis due to cold,with good long-term curative effect and low recurrence rate.
