烘法制备中药炭药实验探讨

摘　　要：目的:为解决传统制备炭药存在"太过"和"不及"等问题,规范炭药炮制工艺,提高炭药质量,保证炭药临床用药安全有效。方法:在遵循古法炮制的基础上,结合《中国药典》2015年版炮制通则及《广东省炮制规范》,运用烘法制备炭药。结果:当归片的制备工艺是250℃烘8min,黄芩片250℃烘10min,黄莲片250℃烘10min,槐角段250℃烘10min,荆芥段280℃烘5min,荷叶丝250℃烘8min,丹皮丝250℃烘5min,卷柏段300℃烘3min,艾叶丝300℃烘3min,地榆片300℃烘10min,熟地片300℃烘6min。结论:优选出的制备炭药炮制工艺合理。Objective:In order to solve the problems of"too much"and"not enough"in traditional preparation of charcoal drugs,standardize the processing technology of charcoal drugs,improve the quality of charcoal drugs,and ensure that the clinical use of charcoal drugs is safe and effective.Method:On the basis of following the ancient method of processing,combined with the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia"2015 edition of the general rules of processing and"Guangdong Province Processing Regulations",the baking method was used to prepare charcoal.Result:The preparation process of Angelicae Sinensis slices was baked at 250℃for 8 min,Scutellariae baicalensis slices at 250℃for 10 min,Rhizoma Coptidis slices at 250℃for 10 min,Fructus Sophoraesection at 250℃for 10 min,Herba Schizoneprtae section at 280℃for 5 min,Nelumbo Nucifera shred at 250℃for 8 min,Cortex Mori shred at 250℃for 5 min,Selaginella section at 300℃for 3 min,Chinese mugwort at 300℃for 3 min,Sanguis frondosa slices at 300℃for 10 min,and Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata slices at 300℃for 6 min.Conclusion:The optimized processing technology for preparing charcoal is reasonable.
