摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情在全球的快速蔓延-给中日韩三国经济及三国间的经贸关系带来了巨大冲击。如何把疫情造成的损失降至最低并尽快使经济得以恢复,是三国政府面临的共同课题。除了采取必要的财政和货币政策外,加强国际合作,特别是强化东亚区域合作,无疑是最正确的选择。在疫情施虐的“危”中,我们也看到了区域合作的“机”,即疫情也为加速推进中日韩自由贸易区谈判创造了机遇。在未来中日韩FTA谈判中设立“早期收获”清单至关重要。相信“早期收获”的达成,必将为促进三国间的经贸关系的恢复和发展创造更多机遇,从而有力推进疫后经济的复苏。The globally raging Covid-19 has brought a great impact to the economic and trade relations among China,Japan and South Korea.A common problem facing governments of the three countries is how to minimize the losses caused by the epidemic and recover the economy as soon as possible.In addition to adopting necessary fiscal and monetary policies,another correct choice is to strengthen international cooperation,especially regional cooperation in East Asia.From the epidemic,we also see an "opportunity" of regional cooperation for accelerating the China-Japan-South Korea FTA negotiations.In the future FTA negotiations,it is very important to make the "early harvest" list.It is believed that the "early harvest" list will create more opportunities for the restoration and development of the economic and trade relations among the three countries,so as to effectively promote the recovery of the post-epidemic economy.
