摘  要:随着科技的发展和信息化建设的不断深入,需要运维的信息化设备的种类和数量不断增加。为实现高效、全面、规范、有序的交通运输信息化运维管理,文章采用顶层设计方法,对信息系统运行维护的运维对象、运维服务组织、运维活动、运维服务过程管理和运维服务保障资源进行了系统研究,提出了交通运输行业信息化系统运维体系的总体框架,从运维机构、运维生命周期、运维目标、运维方式、运维服务级别等方面研究了交通运输行业信息系统运维的基本要求。With the development of science and technology and the deepening of information construction,the types and quantity of information equipment that need to be operated and maintained are increasing.In order to achieve efficient,comprehensive,standardized and orderly operation and maintenance management of transportation informatization,this paper adopts the top-level design method to systematically study the operation and maintenance objects,operation and maintenance service organization,operation and maintenance activities,operation and maintenance service process management and operation and maintenance service guarantee resources of information system operation and maintenance,and puts forward the overall framework of operation and maintenance system of transportation industry information system.The basic requirements of information system operation and maintenance of transportation industry are studied from the aspects of maintenance organization,operation and maintenance life cycle,operation and maintenance objectives,operation and maintenance mode,and operation and maintenance service level.
