摘  要:本文进行了不同参数下水平表面上水-酒精混合蒸气Marangoni凝结实验,获得了初始过冷度、酒精蒸气浓度、蒸气流速等因素对凝结液珠移动速度的影响规律,并对液珠移动成因进行了分析。研究发现:在不同条件下,凝结液珠移动速度方向会发生变化;随着初始过冷度的减小,液珠从逆着蒸气来流方向移动逐渐变化为正向移动,逆向移动速度减小到零后反向增加;随着酒精蒸气浓度和蒸气流速的增加,凝结液珠运动方向变化时的初始过冷度逐渐增大;实验中统计得到的液珠移动速度变化范围为-0.05~0.02 m·s^-1。从受力角度对液珠移动成因的分析表明,液珠移动速度的大小与方向由表面张力梯度和蒸气剪切力决定。In this paper,the experiments of Marangoni condensation for ethanol-water mixtures on a horizontal surface were carried out under different parameters.The effects of initial vapor-to-surface temperature difference,ethanol vapor concentration and vapor velocity on the movement velocity of the condensate droplets were obtained,and the cause of droplets movement was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the movement velocity direction of the condensate droplets changed under different conditions.With the decrease of the initial vapor-to-surface temperature difference,the droplets movement gradually changed from the reverse flow direction to the positive one,and the droplet movement velocity decreased to zero and then increased in reverse.With the increase of the ethanol vapor concentration and vapor velocity,the initial vapor-to-surface temperature difference of the direction change of the droplet movement velocity increased gradually.The measured droplet movement velocity was in the range of-0.05 m·s^-1 to 0.02 m·s^-1.From the point of forces,the cause analysis of the droplet movement showed that the magnitude and direction of the droplet movement velocity were determined by the surface tension gradient and vapor shear force.
