企业家战略管理能力、生态创新与企业绩效关系研究——基于中国制造业企业的实证分析

摘　　要：以制造业企业为研究对象,从理论上探讨企业家战略管理能力、生态创新对企业绩效的影响,并运用结构方程模型深入挖掘生态创新在企业家战略管理能力影响企业绩效过程中的中介作用。实证结果显示:企业家战略管理能力、生态创新均与企业绩效呈显著正相关关系,且企业家战略管理能力对生态创新有显著正向影响;生态创新在企业家战略管理能力影响企业绩效过程中具有中介效应。研究结论为企业科学开展生态创新、重视企业家战略管理能力建设提供了经验证据。The paper has focused on the influence of entrepreneur's strategic management ability and ecological innovation on enterprise performance with a research object of manufacturing enterprises,and has explored the intermediary role of ecological innovation using of a structural equation model.The results show that the entrepreneur's strategic management ability and ecological innovation are positively correlated with the enterprise's performance,and the entrepreneur's strategic management ability has a significant positive effect on ecological innovation.Ecological innovation has a mediating effect in the process of entrepreneur's strategic management ability influencing enterprise's performance.The conclusion provides empirical evidence for enterprises to carry out ecological innovation scientifically and improve entrepreneurs'strategic management abilities.
