摘　　要：采用层次分析法,研究江苏专利资助政策的效能问题。研究发现,江苏专利资助政策效能的影响因素包括政策本身、政策执行力、政策环境、政策评价指标等要素,并从政策目标、执行机构、考核指标以及环境因素四个方面探讨了提高江苏专利资助政策效能的对策建议。By means of analytic hierarchy process,this paper studies the efficiency of patent subsidy policy in Jiangsu Province.The author finds that the factors affecting the improvement of the efficiency of the patent subsidy policy include not only the policies themself,but also the execution ability,the policy environment,and the unreasonable policy evaluation indexes.This paper probes into the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of patent subsidy policy in Jiangsu Province from four aspects:policy objectives,executive agencies,evaluation indexes and environmental factors.
