摘  要:运用Johnson(2012)的异质性企业贸易模型,通过引入反倾销和出口企业产品创新变量,论证了反倾销对出口企业产品创新的影响。在此基础上,以美国对华反倾销为例,基于2001—2006年中国工业企业数据库、中国海关数据库、全球反倾销数据库,采用倍差法(DID)对理论分析结果进行了经验检验,得出结论:反倾销对中国出口企业产品创新有显著抑制作用;东部及中西部地区出口企业的产品创新均受到了显著抑制,且中西部地区更为显著;劳动密集型企业遭受的抑制作用显著,但资本及技术密集型企业不显著。理论及实证结论提醒中国必须高度重视和减少反倾销贸易壁垒,减少其对出口企业的产品创新带来不可逆的负面影响。Based on Johnson's(2012)heterogeneous enterprise trade model,this paper demonstrated the impact of anti-dumping on product innovation of export enterprises by introducing anti-dumping and product innovation variables of export enterprises.On this basis,taking the US anti-dumping against China as an example,based on China's industrial enterprises database,Chinese customs database and the global anti-dumping database from 2001 to 2006,the theoretical analysis results are tested by the difference-in-differences method(DID).The following conclusions are drawn:anti-dumping has a significant inhibitory effect on product innovation of Chinese export enterprises.The product innovation of export enterprises in eastern,central and western regions are significantly inhibited,especially in central and western regions;labor-intensive enterprises is significantly inhibited,but capital and technology-intensive enterprises are not significant.The theoretical and empirical conclusions of this paper remind us that great importance must be attached to anti-dumping and reduce anti-dumping trade barriers to avoid its irreversible negative impact on product innovation of Chinese export enterprises.
