摘　　要：就业是民生之本,高校毕业生就业更是重中之重。当前正值高校毕业学生求职择业的关键时期,由于疫情的影响今年高校毕业生的求职情况更为引人关注。今年全国高校毕业生比去年增加了40万,就业形势更加严峻。其中关注高校毕业生就业流向也成为学界研究热门话题之一,掌握高校毕业生就业流向区域、特点和变化趋势,探讨成因,可以更好地把握毕业生就业的总体情况,为国家平衡地区、行业的发展,实现人才的科学流动,也为高校进行就业指导工作提供参考。Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood,and the employment of college graduates is the most important.At present,it is a critical period for college graduates to seek employment and choose a career. Due to the impact of the epidemic,the job hunting situation of college graduates this year has attracted more attention. The number of college graduates nationwide this year has increased by 400 000 compared with last year,and the employment situation is more severe. Among them,the focus on the employment flow of college graduates has also become one of the hot topics in academic research. Mastering the employment flow of college graduates in regions,characteristics and changing trends,and discussing the causes can better grasp the overall situation of graduate employment and balance the region and industry for the country. The development of science and technology and the scientific flow of talents also provide references for colleges and universities to conduct employment guidance.
