摘　　要：随着高等教育全球化、市场化和大众化的快速发展,西方发达国家越来越重视高等教育质量保障问题,并逐渐建立了高等教育质量保障机制和体系。从西方学者的观点看,高等教育质量保障的内涵丰富,其主要目的是问责和质量改进提升,质量保障方式主要包括质量评估、质量监控、质量认证和质量审核等,它们之间既有一定区别又相互联系。With the rapid development of the globalization,marketization and popularization in higher education,western developed countries pay increasing attention to the quality assurance of higher education,and gradually establish the quality assurance mechanism and system of higher education.From western scholars’views,the quality assurance of higher education has a rich connotation,and its main purpose is accountability and quality improvement.The quality assurance methods mainly include quality assessment,quality monitoring,quality certification and quality audit,which are both differentiated and interrelated.
