摘 要:为改善开关器件的工作条件和提高变换器的传输效率,以LC并联谐振全桥直流变换器为研究对象进行变换器设计,利用输入电压、负载电流及谐振元件之间的关系,分析了变换器的工作原理及LC并联谐振的谐振过程;阐述了开关器件的软开关实现条件、电路的应用范围及控制特点,并对变换器参数进行设计;最后搭建Matlab/Simulink仿真平台及容量为5 kW的实验样机,通过仿真与实验验证了所提设计方法的正确性与可行性。In order to improve the working conditions of the switching devices and improve the transmission efficiency of the converter,the LC parallel resonant full bridge direct current converter is taken as the research object to design the converter,the working principle of the converter and the resonance process of the LC parallel resonance are analyzed by using the relationship between the input voltage,load current and the resonance elements,the realization conditions and circuits of the soft switch of the switching devices.Finally,the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform and the experimental prototype with a capacity of 5 kW are built.The correctness and feasibility of the design method are verified by simulation and experiment.
