摘  要:为了消除电机参数扰动对谐波抑制效果的影响,提高谐波抑制的准确性,采用改进后的谐波注入法即自适应谐波注入法实时抑制永磁同步直线电机(PMSLM)控制系统中的谐波电流。首先,建立谐波电流中主要谐波成分的稳态电压方程。然后,在谐波注入法的基础上,引入模型参考自适应参数辨识(MRAI),构成自适应谐波注入法,并搭建自适应谐波抑制环。其中MRAI可以在线辨识电机运行中电感、电阻和磁链值,并将辨识结果反馈至谐波抑制环节,从而可以避免电机运行过程中参数变化对抑制谐波的影响,提高谐波抑制的准确性。最后,仿真和实验验证了所采用方法的有效性和准确性。In order to eliminate the influence of the motor parameter disturbance on the harmonic suppression effect and improve the accuracy of harmonic suppression,an improved harmonic injection method,namely adaptive harmonic injection method is adopted,to suppress harmonic current of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM).Firstly,the steady-state voltage equation of the main harmonic components in the harmonic current is established.Then,a model reference adaptive parameter identification(MRAI)is introduced to form an adaptive harmonic injection method based on the harmonic injection method,and an adaptive harmonic suppression loop is established.MRAI can online identify the inductance,resistance and flux value of the motor during operation,and feedback the identification result to the harmonic suppression link,so as to avoid the impact of parameter changes on the suppression of harmonics during the operation of the motor and improve the accuracy of harmonic suppression.Finally,simulations and experiments verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method.
