摘 要:为发展风力发电机参与电网黑启动中的安全稳定评估方法,此处提出了一类风电参与电网初期黑启动场景下的电力系统暂态电压稳定性指标。该指标主要包括暂态电压跌落严重度和事故后电压恢复能力两部分。借助PSS/E软件,案例分析在一个IEEE 39节点系统展开,与传统极限切除时间指标所得结果的对比,表明所提指标更精确和灵敏。同时,不同风电渗透率以及不同负荷模型的仿真结果也进一步验证了所提指标的适用性。此外,借助该指标分析了风电参与黑启动对暂态电压稳定性的影响。相关结论与认识对风电参与电网黑启动方案的制定有一定的参考价值。In order to develop a method for assessing the safety and stability of wind power generators participating in the black start of the power grid,now a class of power system transient voltage stability index under the early black start scenario of the wind farm participating in the power grid is proposed.This index mainly includes two parts:the severity of the transient voltage drop and the voltage recovery capability after the accident.Utilizing PSS/E software,the case analysis has been carried out in the IEEE 39-bus system.The comparison with the results obtained by the traditional limit resection time index showed that the proposed index is more accurate and sensitive.At the same time,the simulation results of different wind power permeability and different load models also further verify the applicability of the proposed index.In addition,the influence of wind power participation in black start on transient voltage stability is analyzed with this index.The relevant conclusions and understandings have certain reference value for the participation of wind power in the establishment of the black start scheme of the power grid.
