摘 要:空气绝缘开关设备因其制造简单、成本合理等优势在电网系统和工商业用户中取得较大的应用市场。由于运行地区的海拔高度,空气湿度以及污秽不尽相同,海拔高度影响了空气密度,进而影响其绝缘强度。空气湿度与污秽对固体绝缘件表面的绝缘性能影响较大,同样影响开关设备整体的绝缘可靠性。文中基于有关开关设备的GB,IEC以及IEEE等几个典型的共用与专用标准体系关于运行环境的要求以及相关的性能评估标准进行了全面梳理,旨在提醒开关设备设计工程师在产品设计阶段需要全面考虑环境因素对开关设备运行可靠性的影响,以便采用更为优化的设计满足不同运行环境的用户需求,确保产品可靠运行。Air⁃insulated switchgears were used widely,due to its advantage of simple manufacture process and avail⁃able cost,in power grid system,industry and commercial power system.Because of different altitude level,air hu⁃midity and pollution level,so electrical strength of air in different region also is variable.Specially,air humidity and pollution heavily effect on the surface insulation performance of solid insulation components,simultaneously,on the insulation reliability of switchgear assembly.Based on the requirements of GB,IEC,IEEE and other typical com⁃mon and special standard systems for switchgear,the requirements of operating environment and relevant perfor⁃mance evaluation standards are comprehensively combed in this paper.The purpose is to remind the switchgear de⁃sign engineers to consider the impact of environmental factors on the operation reliability of switchgear in the product design stage,so as to adopt a more optimized design to meet the user requirements of different operating environ⁃ments,and to ensure the reliable operation of the product.
