摘  要:为提高材料耐电痕性能,研究环氧绝缘材料电气及机械性能对电痕特性的影响,建立环氧绝缘材料电气、机械性能与电痕破坏的关系,文中制备3种掺杂不同含量微米二氧化硅(SiO2)的环氧树脂复合材料,按IEC 60587—1984试验规程进行电痕试验并测试环氧树脂表面接触角,体积电阻率等电气性能及冲击强度等机械性能。结果表明:随着微米掺杂含量提高,环氧材料耐电痕特性变差,体积电阻率及弯曲强度先减小后增大,表面电阻率先增大后减小,介电强度减小,冲击强度及拉伸强度增大。机械性能与材料耐电痕特性相关性较小无法反映材料耐电痕性,而表面电阻率和体积电阻率有一定匹配性,适当减小体积电阻,增大表面电阻率,可使材料耐电痕特性更优。In order to improve the tracking resistance of materials,the influence of electrical and mechanical proper⁃ties of epoxy insulating materials on the characteristics of electrical tracking is studied.Three kinds of epoxy resin composites doped with different micron silica(SiO2)were prepared.According to the IEC 60587—1984 test rules tracking resistance were tested.Then test the surface contact angle,electrical properties such as volume resistivity and mechanical properties such as impact strength.The results show that with the increase of micron doping content,the resistance characteristics of epoxy materials become worse,the volume resistivity and bending strength decrease first and then increase.The dielectric strength decreases and the impact strength and tensile strength increase.The small correlation between mechanical properties and tracking resistance characteristics of materials can not reflect the tracking resistance of materials,but the surface resistivity and volume resistivity have certain matching,which can reduce the volume resistance and increase the surface resistivity appropriately,it can make the material resis⁃tance of electrical marks better.
