摘  要:文中以40.5 kV空气开关柜作为研究对象,并对其绝缘特性进行了探究。首先,对空气开关柜的电场仿真计算进行了分析阐述;其次,基于电场仿真,对空气开关柜中断路器的绝缘拉杆伞裙和极柱伞裙进行了改进优化处理,结果发现,对于绝缘拉杆伞裙的单一改进优化效果最好,场强分布改善效果明显,最终场强降低了16.7%,空气开关柜断路器的运行性能得以提高。最后,通过电老化试验的设计,以局部放电情况、绝缘电阻变化、相对介电常数以及电流泄露等4个参数对开关柜试件的电老化性能进行了分析表征。试验结果发现,这4个参数可以有效反映出空气开关柜的实时运行情况,因而有利于运行人员及时做出相应的调整措施,缓解或避免绝缘劣化的加剧和故障的发生。文中研究工作为空气开关柜绝缘性能的提升提供了一定的数据支撑与预防手段。In this paper,40.5 kV air⁃insulated switchgear is taken as the research object,and its insulation charac⁃teristics are explored.First,the electric field simulation calculation of air⁃insulated switchgear is analyzed.Second,based on the electric field simulation,the insulating rod shed and pole shed of the circuit breaker in the air⁃insulated switchgear are improved and optimized.The results show that the single improvement of the shed of insulated pull rod has the best optimization effect,the field strength distribution is obviously improved,the final field strength is decreased by 16.7%,and the operation performance of circuit breaker of the air⁃insulated switchgear is improved.Fi⁃nally,according to the electrical aging test,the four parameters including partial discharge,insulation resistance change,relative dielectric constant,and current leakage of the switchgear samples are taken as the indicators to an⁃alyze and characterize the electrical aging performances.The results show that,the four parameters can effectively reflect the real⁃time operation of air⁃insulated switchgear,so corresponding adjustment measures can be made in time to alleviate or avoid the aggravation of insulation deterioration and the occurrence of faults.The research work provides some data support and preventive measures for improving the insulation performance of air⁃insulated switchgear.
