基于藏医《四部医典》含印度獐牙菜组方配伍规律分析

摘　　要：目的:研究《四部医典》含印度獐牙菜方剂的用药规律。方法:利用SPSS Modeler的频数分析法、关联规则分析法、聚类分析法等研究方法,挖掘藏医《四部医典》含印度獐牙菜的方剂,分析印度獐牙菜方剂的剂型、配伍组合及主治疾病。探索含印度獐牙菜方剂在清赤巴和肝热病等不同病症中的用药规律。结果:藏医《四部医典》中总共发现232首含印度獐牙菜方剂,涉及224味藏药。方剂剂型中散剂最多,组方药物数量中4~8味的方剂最多,方剂主治功效中清赤巴(62次)和肝热病(36次)的频次较高。组方药物频次中藏红花(96次)、兔耳草(85次)等出现频次较多。当支持度设置为20%、置信度为100%时有12条规则,印度獐牙菜-藏红花的支持度最高。清赤巴的含印度獐牙菜方剂中榜嘎的频次最高,药物组合时印度獐牙菜-兔耳草的组合为核心药对。治疗肝热病的含印度獐牙菜方剂中藏红花频次最多,药物组合时印度獐牙菜-藏红花为其核心药对。结论:运用数据挖掘技术揭示了含印度獐牙菜方剂的组方规律,发现藏医隐形的用药思维。Objective:To study the regularity of the use of Indian swertia prescription in the four medical books.Methods:Using SPSS Modeler’s frequency analysis method,association rule analysis method,cluster analysis method and other research methods,excavate Indian swertia prescription in the Tibetan medicine"Four Medical Books",analyzed formula containing recipe,the compatibility and indications.To explore the rules of the use of Indian swertia prescription in different diseases such as clean Chiba and liver fever.Results:A total of 232 Indian swertia prescriptions were contained in the"Four Medical Books"of Tibetan medicine,involving 224 Tibetan medicines.There are the most powders in the prescription,and the prescriptions with 4~8 flavors are the most in the number of the prescriptions.The efficacy of the prescriptions is the clean Chiba(62 times)and liver fever(36 times).The saffron(96 times)and lagotis glauca(85 times)were the most frequent among the prescription drugs.When the support level is set to 20%,there are 12 rules with 100%confidence level.Among them,the Indian swertia-saffron has the highest support.The highest frequency was Bangga,founded in the clean Chiba containing Indian swertia prescription.The combination of the Indian swertia-lagotis glauca combination was the core drug pair,while the treatment of liver fever the Indian swertia prescription contains saffron most frequently,meanwhile in the drug of combination the Indian swertia-saffron is the core drug pair.Conclusion:The data mining method was used to reveal the formula of Indian swertia prescription,and the invisible of Tibetan medicine mind.
