摘 要:民俗是了解一个民族医药文化的重要途径。在特殊的地理环境和气候条件下,经过长期的生产和生活实践,云南彝族民众形成了具有民族特色的饮食习俗。这些习俗蕴藏着本民族的医学思想,防病治病、延年益寿的知识、经验和医疗行为,是彝族医药文化研究、传承、发展的载体和平台。本文以在民间文学中记录和传承下来的彝族民众的食物、饮品、饮食卫生为例,挖掘和研究其蕴含着的医药知识和文化,以轻松、生动的形式呈现祖辈治病防病的实践经验,增强民众对优秀民族医学的保护、传承、发展意识。Folk custom is an important way to understand the medical culture of a nation.Under special geographical and climatic conditions,after long-term production and living practice,the Yi people in Yunnan have formed their own dietary customs with national characteristics.These customs are the carrier and platform for the research,inheritance and development of Yi medicine culture,which contain the medical thoughts of the nation,knowledge,experience and medical behavior of preventing and treating diseases and prolonging life.Taking the food,drinks and dietary hygiene of the Yi people recorded and inherited in folk literature as an example,this paper explores and studies the rich medical knowledge and culture contained therein,with a view to presenting the practical experience of treating diseases and preventing diseases of the ancestors in a relaxed and vivid form,and enhancing the protection of the people for excellent national medicine,the consciousness of inheritance and development.
