摘　　要：对转炉煤气成分进行了分析,找出了煤气柜泄漏原因。通过采用耐候钢代替原有的普碳钢制作气柜壁板、活塞板及底板。延长了煤气柜的使用寿命、消除了煤气泄漏的隐患。The composition of converter gas was analyzed,and the cause of gas holder leakage was found out.The original carbon steel made gas holder wall,piston plate and base plate were replaced by weathering steel made ones.The service lifetime of gas holder is prolonged,and the hidden danger of gas leakage is eliminated.
