摘　　要：水冷弯头属于RH炉上的重要备件,其加工制作较为复杂。通过电脑三维软件放样来确定水冷弯头本体的精确尺寸;采用非常规的机加工方式进行两法兰面的加工,可以确保加工精度;通过激光水平仪来确保两法兰与水冷弯头本体的位置精度,最终加工的水冷弯头满足图纸要求。Water cooling elbow is an important spare part of RH furnace,and its processing and production are relatively complicated.The precise dimension of water cooling elbow body is confirmed by means of computer 3D software lfting.An unconventional machining method is adopted to process the two surfaces of the flange so as to ensure the machining accuracy.The position accuracy of the two flanges and water cooling elbow body are guaranteed through a laser level meter.Finally,machined water cooling elbow can meet the requirements of drawing.
