摘  要:为满足老年人用户对拖把的感性和易用性需求,基于感性工学和人体测量学方法对传统拖把结构进行改进设计。通过建立拖把语义空间和功能属性空间并引入卡诺模型获得功能改进优先级,合成感性空间和属性空间,并利用因子分析得到具体功能要素及其达成方法,进行初步设计。在此基础上,借助人体测量学方法不断对产品尺寸进行修正,并通过数种人体损害分析法评价优化结果。优化后的工效学拖把符合老年人的感性需求并减轻了身体负担,其设计流程可作为个性化工效学产品设计的参考。In order to better meet the needs of the elderly user group of mops,the traditional mop is improved and designed based on Kansei Engineering and Anthropometric methods.First of all,the Kansei space and functional attribute space are established and the Kano model is introduced to obtain functional improvement priorities.Secondly,the Kansei space and attribute space are synthesized and the specifi c functional elements and their achieving methods are obtained by factor analysis and preliminary design is carried out.Finally,the product dimensions are continuously revised with the help of Anthropometrics methods and the optimization results are evaluated by several human damage analysis methods.The results show that the optimized mop meets the emotional needs of the elderly and reduces the physical burden.The research provides new ideas for the design of future ageing products and the design process can serve as a template for future personalized product design.
