摘  要:本文以SUS304L合金冷轧带材为研究对象,通过拉物理测试以及采用金相显微镜分析等方法,开展了不同固溶工艺实验,分析了固溶工艺对SUS304L合金冷轧带材组织及力学性能的影响研究。结果表明:SUS304L奥氏体不锈钢的屈服强度和抗拉强度都随着固溶温度的升高呈下降趋势,随保温时间的延长略有下降,而延伸率随固溶温度的升高会有所提升,但保温时间不宜过长,当保温时间超过一定时间后延伸率呈下降趋势。The cold rolling strip of SUS304L alloy is studied in this paper,the effects of different solution processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SUS304L alloy cold rolled strip were studied by means of tensile test,hardness test and metallographic microscope analysis.The results showed that the yield strength and tensile strength of SUS304L austenitic stainless steel decreased with the increase of solution temperature,and decreased slightly with the extension of holding time,the elongation will increase with the increase of solution temperature,but the holding time should not be too long,when the holding time is too long,the elongation will decrease.
