摘  要:公司生产的某一炉次1J77A软磁合金在热锻过程中发生锻裂,裂纹呈龟裂状。本文进行了金相组织分析和扫描电镜能谱分析,结果表明,硫元素在晶界处产生偏析.形成新相FeS,低熔点的硫化铁在高温锻造时处于熔融状态,使晶界结合力降低引起热轧件开裂。The 1J77A soft magnetic alloy produced by our company is cracked in the process of hot forging,the crack is like a crack.By means of metallographic structure analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis,the results show that a large amount of iron sulfide has been precipitated at the most boundary of the open forging of the material,and the iron with low melting point is in molten state during the high temperature forging,which reduces the grain boundary binding force and causes the forging to crack.
