摘 要:考虑主梁为预应力简支箱梁、桥面连续,并且原设计球冠式橡胶支座存在问题较多,与现行《公路桥梁板式橡胶支座规格系列》中板式橡胶支座不符、梁底钢板尺寸与支座垫石之间高度不够等情况。文章以富锋特大桥更换支座为背景,通过计算得出支座形式的结构系数、面积大小,重新计算和调整支座垫石的高度,利用有限元软件ANSYS14.0建立模型进行分析,采用圆板式橡胶支座GYZ300×63(NR)和四氟乙烯圆板式橡胶支座GYZ4300×65(NR)满足设计要求,得出最优的解决方案:支座更换过程中严格按照桥面连续整体同步顶升,顶升高度不超过5cm;与主桥相衔接的MSKFⅡ160型伸缩装置,要求顶升高度严格控制在3mm以内。This paper mainly considers the following situations:the main beam is prestressed simply supported box girder,the bridge deck is continuous,and there are many problems in the original design of spherical rubber bearing,which is inconsistent with the plate rubber bearing in the current SERIES OF ELASTOMERIC PAD BEARINGS FOR HIGHWAY BRIDGES,and the height between the steel plate size at the beam bottom and the bearing pad stone is not enough.Based on the replacement of the support of the Fufeng Super Bridge,through theoretical calculation,the structural coefficient and area of the bearing form are obtained,the height of the bearing cushion stone is recalculated and adjusted,then integral transformation process software ANSYS14.0 is used to establish a model for analysis.The circular plate rubber bearing GYZ300×63(NR)and Teflon circular plate rubber bearing GYZ4300×65(NR)are used to meet the design requirements,and the optimal solution is obtained.During the replacement of the support,the continuous overall synchronous lifting is strictly carried out in accordance with the bridge deck,and the roof height does not exceed 5 cm;the MSKFⅡ160 telescopic device connected to the main bridge requires the roof height to be strictly controlled within 3 mm.
