摘  要:以多肉植物大苍角殿当年生幼嫩枝条为外植体,探索了不同激素配比对大苍角殿初代丛生芽诱导、丛生芽继代培养、芽苗生根的影响,旨在建立其离体快速繁殖技术体系。结果表明,大苍角殿初代丛生芽诱导的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+3%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂;丛生芽继代培养的最适培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+3%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂;最适芽苗生根的培养基为1/2 MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L+3%蔗糖+0.7%琼脂,在该培养基中培养30 d生根率可达86.7%;移栽基质采用火山岩∶赤玉土∶绿沸石∶泥炭体积比为1∶1∶1∶2的基质,该基质下移栽成活率可达85%以上。Taking the young and tender branch segments of Bowiea volubilis as explants,the influence of different ratio of hormones on the cluster buds induction,buds proliferation and root generation of Bowiea volubilis was explored,to establish a high frequency in vitro regeneration system of Bowiea volubilis.The results showed that the optimal medium for induction primary generation cluster buds was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+3%Sucrose+0.7%Agar,for buds proliferation MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L+3%Sucrose+0.7%Agar,and for rooting 1/2 MS+IAA 0.2 mg/L+3%Sucrose+0.7%Agar,in this medium,the root generation rate reached 86.7%after 30 d.Using volcanic rock∶hematite soil∶chlorite∶peat soil volume ratio 1∶1∶1∶2 as the cultivation medium,the transplant survival rate reached more than 85%.
