山西省玉米生产现状及其提质增效措施探讨

摘　　要：玉米是重要的粮食作物,其具有耐干旱、耐寒、耐贫瘠和适应性广等特点,在山西省种植面积较大,平均产量为5600 kg/hm^2左右,约为全国平均产量的80%。随着人口不断增长以及耕地面积减少,粮食缺口不断扩大,再加上饲料业和能源业的发展,对玉米的需求量不断增加;另一方面,随着国家玉米临储政策改革,玉米种植面积逐年下降,因此,玉米生产正面临着严峻的挑战。通过对山西省玉米生产现状及玉米产业发展的制约因素进行分析,探讨山西省玉米产业提质增效措施,旨在为山西省玉米产业升级与可持续发展提供一定的理论依据。Maize is an important food crop,which has the characteristics of drought resistance,cold tolerance,barren tolerance and wide adaptability.It has a large planting area in Shanxi province,and the average yield is about 5600 kg/hm^2,which is about 80%of the national average yield.With the continuous growth of population and the decrease of cultivated land area,the food gap is expanding,coupled with the development of feed industry and energy industry,the demand for maize is increasing.On the other hand,with the reform of national maize temporary storage policy,the planting area of maize decreass year by year.Therefore,maize production is facing severe challenges.This paper analyzed the current situation of maize production in Shanxi province and the restrictive factors of maize industry development,and the measures of improving quality and efficiency of maize industry in Shanxi province were discussed,aiming to provide a certain theoretical basis for the upgrading and sustainable development of maize industry in Shanxi province.
